TERMS AND CONDITIONS
24 HOUR POLICY (for all classes and appointments): Any cancellation or absence without notice 24+ hours before the scheduled class time will be considered a late cancel or. no-show.
UNLIMITED PASSES:
The monthly auto payment option is an auto renewing contract that will continue until the client has chosen to terminate the contract. It is the responsibility of the client to contact Jennie Cummans to cancel their unlimited plan or put it on hold if needed.
To join the Unlimited Pass Autopay, an initial commitment to 3 months of automatic payments of $175 is required. This package will renew on the same day each month (the date of initial payment.)
LATE CANCEL / NO-SHOW:
Late Cancellation is defined by any cancellation within 24 hours of the booked appointment. A $10 late cancellation fee will be charged to your account using the same card on file as your unlimited subscription.
No-shows are defined as missing class without notice, failing to late cancel online, and/or failing to contact the instructor or studio about your absence. In this instance you will be charged the FULL price of a drop-in group class – $30.
TO CANCEL UNLIMITED MEMBERSHIP :
After the initial 3 month commitment, you can cancel your subscription at any time. However once the payment processes, NO REFUNDS. Please contact the studio by phone or in person to confirm the cancellation BEFORE your next draft date.
TO PUT AUTO-PAYMENT ON TEMPORARY HOLD:
You are able to be put this payment on hold for one month for a $25 charge. Please speak to management for details.
*You are responsible for cancelling all classes during your hold time that may have been previously scheduled in order to avoid no-show charges.
