Ingredients:
- 1 Cup Peanut Butter (or any nut butter)
- 1 Cup Brown Sugar
- 1 Egg
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Combine ingredients in large mixing bowl
- Form golf ball sized balls with the dough and place on greased cookie sheet
- Pro tip: I like to put a bit of sea salt on each dough ball before placing on the cookie sheet!
- Bake for 10 – 15 minutes (depending on how “done” you like your cookies)
- Allow cookies to cool, then using a fork, lightly press down on each cookie longways and then short ways to make the decoration.

*Substitutions: You can use any type of nut butter that you like. You can also use white sugar for this recipe but I find using brown sugar is best because of the molasses flavor and chewier consistency.
