INGREDIENTS:
- 1 lb brussel sprouts
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 TBSP balsamic vinegar
- salt / pepper
- Clean then chop brussel sprouts into halves or quarters and place them into a large bowl.
- Mix olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, then pour over sprouts making sure all are coated.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes.
