- 3 cups soaked / cooked chickpeas
- 1/2 cup water
- 3 TBSP tahini
- 4 TBSP lemon juice
- 2 cloves fresh garlic, peeled and chopped
- black pepper, paprika, and salt to taste
- Add water and lemon juice to a blender or food processor
- Add remaining ingredients and pulse / blend until completely smooth (may take 1 – 2 minutes).
- Enjoy with veggies, chips, or any way you like your hummus.
