INGREDIENTS
- 1 handful frozen blueberries
- 1 handful of spinach
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 scoop strawberry protein *
- 1 scoop vanilla protein *
- 1 Tbsp hemp heart
- 1 tsp flax seed
- Plant based milk *
DIRECTIONS:
- Blend all ingredients together until smooth.
- Pour into your favorite glass and enjoy!
* I use plant based protein by Arbonne but any sweet flavored protein works! * I use an almond/cashew milk blend to get a good creamy texture for this one! If you find the smoothie is too thick you can thin out by adding water
