Chipotle Honey Vinaigrette
- 2 Garlic cloves, small
- 1/2 tsp Oregano, dried
- 2 Chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
- 3 tbsp Honey (or agave, maple syrup, etc.)
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper, ground
- 1 1/2 tsp Salt
- 6 tbsp Red wine vinegar
- 3/4 cup Vegetable oil (I use olive oil)
- Place all ingredients in a blender and mix until completely smooth.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
