- 1 scoop chocolate protein*
- 1 tbsp cacao powder
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 avocado
- 1/4 cup hazelnuts (or raw almonds/cashews)
- 1 tbsp hemp hearts
- 1 tsp flax seed
- 1 banana
- Handful of kale (or spinach if you prefer)
- 1 1/2 cup of plant based milk* (add more for thinner shake)
