Chocolate Hazelnut Smoothie

  • 1 scoop chocolate protein* 
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil 
  • 1 avocado 
  • 1/4 cup hazelnuts (or raw almonds/cashews) 
  • 1 tbsp hemp hearts 
  • 1 tsp flax seed
  • 1 banana 
  • Handful of kale (or spinach if you prefer)
  • 1 1/2 cup of plant based milk* (add more for thinner shake)
*I use Arbonne plant based chocolate protein.  *I use cashew milk for a creamy like texture.
