I hope everyone has had a great week. I had a great break but I am so ready to get back into our routine. If you are in one of the new groups starting next week please remember to stop by the front desk and pay BEFORE your first session. Feel free to message me if you need to know your total or have any questions.  Today I wanted to address a lot of questions I have gotten recently. I feel like some of you that have never practiced Pilates before are apprehensive about starting sessions. Also with holidays on the horizon, I know that in light of all the joy, darkness creeps in as well. Negative thoughts can be brought on by stress, diets, self perception, etc. And sometimes that negativity can distance us from what really makes us happy...Pilates. LOL. But seriously, I saw a quote yesterday and I wanted to share it with all of you. It reminded me that no matter what thought or excuse we bring to the table, Pilates doesn't care. It is there to make you feel good, not bad. So no matter what state you are in, how old you are, or how much Halloween candy you may or may not eat next week ;), Pilates doesn't care. It is there to be the best part of your week. So let it!!  "Pilates doesn’t care. Not one bit. Pilates doesn’t care what size you wear. Pilates doesn’t care what your age is. If you’re tall. Or short. Pilates doesn’t care if you’re uncoordinated, a former dancer, have bad knees, had a c-section, are a desk worker, a teacher or a nurse.
